New! Auto Cup Scheme
In 2006-07 Aberdeen FC introduced its new stadium access control system. For 2007-08 we are delighted to announce a new service fo the system: the Auto Cup Scheme.

In the new season, all season ticket holders will be entitled to automatically purchase their seats for any home Cup games, including CIS, Scottish Cup and, pending qualification, European matches.*

Here's How it Works:

• Register for these scheme by ticking the box on the application form, including entering your DEBIT or CREDIT card number.
• When a Cup game is entereed onto our ticketing system your seat(s) will be automatically processed and your season ticket card will be validated to allow you to gain entry to these matches.
• Payment will come off your DEBIT or CREDIT card within 2 days of the home Cup game announcement.

Why register for the Auto Cup Scheme?

• No chance of missing the cut off and losing your own seat
• You don't have to visit or call the Ticket Office - it's an automated service
• You won't have to pay the usual booking fee of £1 per transaction - this service is FREE!

*We cannot guarantee that your usual season ticket seats will be available for all cup matches, for instance, if your seats are in sections S and T and these sections are given over to visiting supporters. In such cases we will send you an alternative thermal ticket for the next best available seat(s).

If you register for the Auto Cup Scheme, you will get cup tickets charged to your credit/debit card for all season tickets in your completed application form. If you choose to join the Auto Cup Scheme you cannot return tickets for refund or individual matches.  

10 Game Ticket (Offshore or Emergency Services)
A 10 game discounted ticket package for people who can prove with photographic ID that they work for the Emergency Services or work an offshore shift pattern. The holder of this package will receive a voucher book. If the holder wishes to attend a game all they have to do is present a voucher and corresponding photo ID at the Customer Services desk and they will exchange the voucher for a match ticket in the area of the ground requested by the holder. This ticket package will enable them to attend 10 SPL games of their choice for just £180.

  Notes:

• Season Tickets are valid for all home SPL games..
• Season Ticket holders seats in the South Stand Sections S and T may not be available for all-ticket SPL matches.
• Supporters will be offered alternative seats for these games.
• Aberdeen Football Club understands the term 'Concession' to mean: all under 18s (under 18 years of age on 3 August 2007), Senior Citizens (Adults over 60 years of age), and students in full-time education and able to provide the relevant Student ID upon request.
• Aberdeen Football Club understands the term 'Under 12' to mean: under 12 years of age on 4th August 2007. The Merkland Stand has been designated as our family stand, therefore all adults, with the exception of senior citizens, must be accompanied by a child.
• If a season ticket is lost, misplaced or stolen a fee of £10 will be charged by the Club to issue a replacement. Additionally, the lost, misplaced or stolen season ticke3t will be cancelled electr4onically to be rendered inactive.
• In line with the Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005 Pittodrie Stadium is a no smoking environment. Once you enter the footprint of the Stadium the smoking restrictions come into effect with no pass outs available for smokers.
